Non-relational databases are classified according to its model of persistence, and they are divide into documents, key-value, graphs, tabular, columnar, memory etc. With the emergence of the NoSQL, many NoSQL databases got evolved. NoSQL seeks to overcome the drawbacks of SQL, such as fixed schemas, JOIN operations and addresses the scalability problems. Recently, with massive amounts of data being generated from various social media, new data, geological data and various different type of data’s, a new type of database called NoSQL “Not Only SQL” has emerged.
